Concox WLBC Ball End Mill
Concox WLBC is a carbide ball end mill series in TiAlN coating, built for high-hardness and heat-treated steels. Diameters run 1-20 mm in a fixed 2-flute geometry, with the ball radius always equal to half the cutter diameter, for true hemispherical-tip contouring and 3D profile work.

Fixed 2-Flute Design

TiAlN coating supports machining of high-hardness and heat-treated materials alongside general structural and alloy steels.

Rated for general structural steel, carbon and alloy steel, Q&T/die steel (P), stainless SUS304/316 (M), cast iron FCD/FC (K), and hardened steel up to 60HRC (H).
